The set of 2 horsehair welt brushes by Langer & Messmer is designed for the care and cleaning of the welt between sole and upper leather. The horsehair is soft enough to prevent scratches on the upper leather while effectively absorbing and distributing shoe cream and wax. We use horsehair from the tail, which is sturdier than mane hair.

Tip: Use the dark brush for black cream and wax, the light brush for all other colours. This prevents dark pigments from being transferred to lighter leather.
