The Langer & Messmer suede and nubuck brush 20mm removes heavy soiling from suede, velour leather and nubuck without damaging the delicate napped surface.
The brush features a stained wooden body for a secure grip and long service life. The combination of plastic and brass bristles is designed for the demands of rough leather: the plastic bristles loosen surface dirt, while the brass bristles penetrate deeper into the leather structure to lift stubborn deposits without permanently damaging the fibres.
How do you clean suede properly? Start with light pressure at a flat angle to remove loose dirt. For stubborn marks, hold the brush at a right angle and apply slightly more pressure. Then brush the fibres in one direction to achieve a uniform finish. After cleaning, a neutral suede care spray helps protect the fibres and provides light water resistance.
Care tip: brush suede and nubuck shoes briefly after each wear. This prevents graying and surface build-up before it works its way into the leather structure.
