The Langer & Messmer suede brush 15mm cleans nubuck, velour leather and all types of suede gently and thoroughly -- thanks to washable synthetic crepe that lifts dirt without damaging the leather surface.
The crepe lamellae grip dirt and deposits from the leather structure without roughing up the fibres. The synthetic crepe is washable: rinse the brush under running water after use, let it dry and reuse it. The stained wood body with side grip grooves sits securely in the hand and is built for long-term durability. Made in Germany.
What is the difference between a crepe brush and a brass bristle brush? The crepe brush (this model) is the gentle everyday brush for regular cleaning and maintenance. The suede and nubuck brush 20mm with plastic and brass bristles is designed for heavy soiling and works more intensively. For daily use, the crepe brush is recommended; for stubborn dirt, the brass bristle brush.
Care tip: brush suede shoes briefly after each wear to prevent graying and surface build-up before it works into the leather structure. Rinse and dry the brush afterwards.
