Men's Cotton Knee High Socks
Knee high socks by Langer & Messmer in 100% soft cotton: over-the-calf length, breathable, with an exceptionally soft hand feel, made in Italy by Calze Vitrano.
The yarn comes from Filmar, one of Italy's most respected yarn manufacturers. It is made from medium-to-long staple cotton with fibre lengths of 20 to 28 mm from Egypt, Sudan and Peru. Known as Cotone Caldo — warm cotton — the yarn is spun with a soft twist, meaning the fibres are intentionally wound less tightly than standard cotton yarn. The result is a noticeably softer feel that resembles a knitted pullover rather than a typical sock. The yarn is dyed to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and free from harmful substances.
Over-the-calf cotton socks stay in place all day without slipping into your shoe. This matters most when wearing boots, Chelsea boots, or formal leather shoes. The natural properties of cotton are preserved throughout: breathable, skin-friendly, free from synthetic fibres.
