Leather care with SAPHIR Renovateur Nappa
Is intended for sensitive types of leather such as: Nappa leather, Boxcalf leather, goatskin and finest smooth leather types. For the mild and gentle care of the above mentioned leathers, SAPHIR uses only selected raw materials that do not require any solvents and nourishes and cares for the leather with its mild formula.

The correct application
Remove dust with a brush and stubborn dirt with a leather cleaner. Apply a very thin layer of Renovateur Nappa with a cloth and let the cream soak in for 3 to 5 minutes. Then polish the leather product with a soft cotton cloth and use a leather protector.

Our recommendation for the ideal leather care
Always proceed in the same order and please check the compatibility of each care product on an invisible or concealed area. For handbags, the underside or the inside of straps and fasteners are good places. For shoes, the heel or even the flap or tongue is a good place to test the compatibility.
First clean the product to be cared for. Remove dust and light dirt with a horsehair brush or a soft cotton cloth. Deep-seated dirt or dirt and stains that have not yet completely disappeared should be treated with appropriate cleaning agents.
After the leather has dried, start the second stage of leather care and apply a leather cream in the appropriate colour sparingly. Massage the cream into the surface with light circular movements and without pressure.
Tip
- A darker shade will darken the leather
- With a lighter shade, the colour tone is preserved
After a resting time of about 10 minutes, polish the leather with the horsehair brush.
In the third and last step, apply the wax sparingly and gently in the same application mode. This protects the leather surface against the effects of weather and other influences. A beautiful high gloss is achieved by polishing the leather with the horsehair brush for longer and with faster movements.
