All BURGOL brushes made from local beech wood and are manufactured in Germany. The hand-threaded fine polishing brushes use the hair of the highland yak and the cashmere goat. All Burgol fine polishing brushes utilise 7-rows of hair, so they are all extremely densely bristled. This alone distinguishes the brushes of Burgol from those of most of its competitors. These 7-row brushes for manual brushes are produced exclusively for Burgol brushes.

The yak hair comes from the highland yaks, which live mainly in Tibet at an altitude of over 4000 metres. Due to the special structure of the yak hair, these brushes can not be inserted by machine, but must be manually threaded by experienced brush makers.
Compared to the goat hairbrushes, the Yakhair brush has a much higher density. In order to be able to produce a particularly noble high gloss, the fine polishing brush offers itself with its pure, undyed yak hair - as absolute premium execution.
In the Yakhair brush goat hair has been threaded in the outer hair ring. This ensures an optimal level of brush hair and thus the best suitability in terms of high-gloss polishes. Yak hair brushes are designed as a multi-generation shoe care tool, because the longer shoes are worn, the easier it is to polish them. With a fine polishing brush, which has been in use for a long time, you reach a noble high gloss polish.
We therefore advise never to wash the brushes.
