The new recipe for the Burgol dubbin dispenses with Juchten (birch tar oil). It is now a product containing only natural oils and fats, i.e it contains no skin irritating ingredients and therefore does not require any warnings under the new EU CLP Regulation. Because of this, the name for this product has changed. From the old name Burgol Juchtenfett was the Burgol dubbin.
The dubbin can be used to care for all natural, robust leathers, as they are still used in the best motorcycle, boat, work, hiking and hiking boots. Furthermore, it is an insider tip for bikers for the weather-exposed saddlebags and biker boats. Leather dubbin keeps the leather soft, supple and highly water repellent. It is made from pure vegetable waxes, special oils and fats in France. You can apply it with a rag or using an applicator brush on the leather.
